question about postal rates within the US

    hi
i recently moved to a Canadian village right on the border to the states.
i was wondering what it would cost to send a bubble envelope with half a dozen cards including toploaders
from one state to another if i mailed it after i crossed over the border.
i am thinking it has to be cheaper than shipping from here
    thank you

    Between $4.95 and $5.50..

When it comes to bubble mailers the weight really doesn't matter - it's the size....
