Yes, I would be getting 22 cards, but they are all junk era cards that are valued at about $0.10. The total value of what you are sending is about $3. The postage alone, excluding packaging is about $4 for the 20 cards that you want. Additionally, you are asking for cards with BV of $9. Therefore I would be out $9 in cards, plus over $4 for shipping, for $3 of cards that are generally fairly easy to find. While I am interested in those, they are more of a lower priority for me and would prefer to add them into a deal where I dont have to pay extra for shipping.

If you do find something else that I need to boost this a bit, we can certainly work out a deal, but for now I am going to pass.
