The certificates are approximately 6 inches by 9 inches

Each certificate reads as follows :

Fourth Victory Loan Certificate
From April/May 1943
Issued on behalf of Dominion of Canada. I am pleased to acknowledge that (name is of my grand parents) has purchased Victory Bonds
