I hope it is simply an initiative of a local post office that don't understand the difference between the rules for domestic and international shipping. If CP goes that way, I'll ship all my low-end stuff at once to COMC and be done with boxes and trading, simply picking high-quality graded vintage when I get opportunities.

Some people (here in Canada) said they had these issues in a thread from about 2 years ago. I don't know how the post office can refuse domestic Oversize Lettermail if it's within size, weight, and stiffness requirements, no matter what's inside. To be honest, I don't think it's any of their business what's inside (except for dangerous items, liquids, some other things, etc). Anyway, I think there will be issues at only a handful of post offices, but like someone else mentioned, I just buy packs of stamps and put the cards in a mailbox just to avoid any potential hassle. It helps to have a scale though, to confirm you're under the weight limit.
-AndrewCollecting 2017 Leafs Centennial, Roberto Luongo (Vancouver years), and Mitch Marner. Mild interest in other Leafs and goalies (especially from Canadian teams).
