Need Site Official for Help Switching from Old to New Account

Hi Everyone:

I'm just getting back into the hobby after about an 8 year break, and wanted to access the site to try to sell and trade some of my cards.

But I couldn't log into my account. Well, I could log in, but when I tried to do anything with my account, I received a pop up telling me I didn't have access to the page and/or did have privileges. I tried to reach out to someone through the site help submission form, but didn't hear back from anyone.

I decided to open up a new account and was hoping I could get some help transferring my feedback scores, points, etc.

Can someone help me out please?
