Let start the New Year 2024 off right.
So, let me thank all the folks who sponsor the sit:
First off is Market Movers as they truly help keep the site running. I personally use their pricing and truly like it. As I have some retail wax and it a quick look up for current prices and it so much better than searching thru ebay one by one. It might not be for everyone but it definitely worth checking. With a option for low as $10 I think It definitely something you should check out if you are ever looking for a price guide that is reflective with supported prices. The other two are sponsors ISA Grading has a nice turnaround time with a low price fee of $12 so if you grade stuff for your pc without looking to flip it a great option as there is no waiting months for your cards to be returned. They have even been kind of enough to share some freebies on the site. Sports Card Market is another option for a one stop place for a slew of cards, supplies, boxes, that they offer on their website. Feel free to check it out and take advantage of the $10 off on your first order.
I would like to point out a few things.
1) Many folk have asked over the year where do they host their picture. We all know old sites have closed their sites or required you to pay hence the question by members. A simple option for you to possibly try is the SCF Album feature. If you simple click on your userid on the site it will take you to your personal page and to the left side of the page you will see a link to your album. Just click on the More link and it will take you to a page that has a link titled Create A New Album. If you have any questions feel free to post in this thread with any questions or drop me a PM:

This site has so much to offer and yet many of us forget about the features if we do not actively use them. So, thanks to Pwaldo for bringing the album feature back up.
2) Another issue I know has been the trading list not being editable. I am sharing this with you traders who have a long list who might want to see if this might possibly work. If you look at the blog you will see this member has listed a whole slew of cards she needs (link provided below). All you would have to do is post on the main forum and include this link with your whole trade list. Just thinking of an option that might possibly work. Hopefully, one of you will lmk if this will work.

3) If you are a hockey collector and you truly like sharing the hobby with fellow members of the site this is the contest. Richard is giving the contest an overall to spice things up as it had the same format for a few years and it seemed like a time for a revamp.
So, if you are interested in partaking and feel free to click on this link and subscribe to the thread.

4) I know many of you over the past year have asked if this or that contest was going to be run. If you ever have time to help the site and would like to run a contest like Rgm81 has in the link above, Michigandan does with the GTS in baseball, Bakemeister52 does with Guess the Ebay price, etc. If you have time and you would like to help out drop me a personal message (PM). If you would like to help out with the Inventory Manager as I had a member come forward with that yesterday let us know. There are places all over the site to help if your truly interested in being a part of the site and the hobby.
Last but not least if you have any concerns or suggestions feel free to drop me a line. Thanks, for all your support over the year and I hope you all have a great 2024.
