PSA Grading - PSA providing wrong service
Hi, I was wondering if anyone has experienced this with a PSA submission. I submitted a 97 Donruss Back to the Future autographed Jagr card for standard grading and autograph grading. The card, by my eye had GEM MINT potential. When I got the card back, PSA did not give a grade to the card, just the AUTHENTIC label, but did give a 10 to the autographs on the card. I did NOT mark off "autograph only" grading. I clearly marked off I wanted the card AND the autographs graded and that is what I paid for. I pulled this card from a pack myself so I know it is a legit card. They charged me for services that they did not perform! Clearly, I'm pissed off.

@hockeyp21- I have not submitted many cards for grading, but I would definitely be on the phone immediately with their Customer Service and I would ask to speak to a manager.
Always Looking for:
A) Graded Vintage (Pre-1980) (BGS, BVG, PSA, SGC) in all sports
B) Graded True RC's (No inserts or parallels) (BGS, PSA, SGC) in all sports
C) Certified Auto and GU cards of players from the 70's and further back in all sports

I'll be on the phone first thing Monday. Last time I called, I had to wait 2 hours on the phone.
