    Thanks so much Adiddle.

    For me in my area its getting harder to find the 1948 leafs and the 1952 Bowman Large. I have some but need some keys HOFers. Not opposed to buying on Ebay but hate all the fees and taxes when you are buying a 300-400 dollar card. Would prefer to buy at a show.

    I have both graded and ungraded cards but the more I watch videos of people getting screwed I almost feel I have to buy the more expensive ones graded.

    Last show I was at a dealer had some 1957 Topps Unitas and Star rookies but they were not graded. Seemed a bit sketchy to me so I did not pull the trigger. My opinion is you would always get them graded being big name guys. Also the prices seemed high to me for ungraded and honestly my 53 year old eyes are not what they use to be. I mainly collect mid grade ( 4 thru 7 ) and they look pretty dam good to me.

    @JerseyRamFan

    Might want to consider going to the Nationals. As I am sure you can fill everything on your waitlist as long a your budget can handle it. Not sure how far Cleveland is from you but definitely worth a trip if you have the time.

    Thanks Don - I did go to the one that was in Atlantic City and was able to snag a 1948 leaf Bob Waterfield and a few others on my list. I am not far from a few shows in NY at Hofstra University and that has been pretty good. What I have been doing in between to scratch my itch is TTM autos. I have been doing now for about 2 months and have been pretty lucky. I do also throw a little extra cash in there to sweeten my return and have so far been able to snag 20 NFL HOFers.
    I have never tried a paid site and not sure if it is worth it for the addresses but if anyone knows please reach out.
    Thanks, Mike.
