Vintage Football Collector From NJ

Hi everyone,

I have been a collector for a long time ( since I was a teenager ) but switched to vintage football about 3 years ago. I mainly focus on HOF rookies and I try to get autographs as well to go along with the rookie card. Here in NJ there are a few shows that come by often and I have had some good luck with my quest.

To date I have about 250 HOF rookies and about 150 Autos - still a ways to go but the thrill is in the chase. Since I have been an empty nester with the kids off at college I find myself being really bored and wish there were more videos to watch of vintage football on Youtube or even learn about a new show I am not aware of in the area.

I am always looking to talk and listen to vintage football collectors and hope to learn a thing or to along the way

Where in New Jersey do you hail from
I am from East Brunswick and there is a place the Woodbridge Brewery in Woodbridge(of course) that has sports signings quite a bit. A little pricey but if its someone your need you may take a chance.
They do baseball and football signings just watch for their site or face book page.

I am from Northern NJ -- Lyndhurst. I want to say I have heard of it but don't know if I found anything online. I usually look to see a Youtube video of someone who posts because my interest is really only vintage these days. So far the best spot I have seen is the Garfield show at the boys and girls club. 100 table show with lots of vintage.
I also try to collect what I like to call the "Hall of very good" guys that have a chance to make the hall down the road. Got lucky last year and purchased a Randy Grandishar in a PSA 7 for like 40 bucks.
