Series 2 Box Prices

At my LCS, Players Choice, it was $180 for preorder, but if you're just walking in off the street today it's going to be $349.

$160 pre-order, but only if you bought series 1 at same price. So I bought 2 of series 1, and than...a few days ago got a call saying the price was now $300.
I suppose I shouldn't be surprised. :(

On flipside, if you hit a Bedard, the going rate is currently $1,200.00

I cannot even afford that and thats why my collecting has slowed down, I am focused more on my PC players for know

Zepher epic has a $225 Raffle system going on. Don't know how that works.

Seems like most places have increased the price since opening day.

Agree totally with you. A/so, At the prices being asked, this stops being a fun hobby and turns into a gambling habit, where collectors are pouring more of their money in the hopes of hitting that one big jackpot.

It also doesn't help that adding an Extended Series has severely watered down the Young Guns, and adding a bunch of mostly uninteresting inserts hasn't really added any value to the product.
