I submitted a 2000 SP Tools of the Game Gretzky jersey and autograph card to PSA. One card submission. Things were moving along smoothly, finished the grading stage and moved on to assembly -- but, it has been stuck in assembly now for two weeks and the submission is now two weeks past the estimated completion date. I have a had this happen during COVID times, but never since. Has anyone else experienced a delay like this? Again, this is only ONE card -- !
