Post Chiefs Rashee Rice involved in crash between his Corvette and Lamborghini?

    https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/nf...las-crash.html

Shocking dashcam footage has surfaced of the Dallas car crash allegedly involving Kansas City Chiefs Super Bowl winner Rashee Rice, who is now wanted by police.

A Lamborghini and a Corvette are filmed going at high speed and can be seen colliding with a grey car on the North Central Expressway, pulling the cars across the road. It has been claimed the Lamborghini and Corvette, which police suspect Rice was driving, were racing.

Five men from the Corvette and Lamborghini then appeared to walk away from the scene on the shoulder of the highway, as pictures from the scene show. Rice, who helped the Chiefs win a second straight Super Bowl in February, is wanted by cops because the Corvette is either registered or leased to him. Dallas News claims police suspect that he was the driver.

The publication also claims on Sunday night that a witness saw one of the men take 'guns and bags from the vehicles' before leaving the scene. Rice has retained counsel, according to NFL reporter Josina Anderson on Sunday night, who adds that a statement is expected to follow on Monday.

    Update

    https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/nf...uper-Bowl.html

Dallas police have issued an arrest warrant for Kansas City Chiefs Super Bowl winner Rashee Rice, who reportedly plans to turn himself in for causing a multi-vehicle car crash in Dallas in March.

The 23-year-old Rice faces eight charges in total - six counts of collision involving bodily injury, one count of collision involving serious bodily injury and one count of aggravated assault.

Josina Anderson of CBS Sports says Rice plans to turn himself in and that process is being finalized. Rice crashed his Lamborghini on a Dallas highway and police suspect that he was racing it.

Arrest warrants were also issued Theodore Knox, 21, who was driving the other speeding sports car, a Corvette, police said. Police said that arrest warrants have been issued for Knox for one count of aggravated assault, one count of collision involving serious bodily injury and six counts of collision involving injury.

Police said that the passengers in two speeding sports cars who left the scene will not be charged and that Rice and Knox were not currently in custody.
