    On Saturday, the Padres finalized a deal with the Marlins for two-time batting champion Luis Arraez and cash considerations. Miami acquired right-handed reliever Woo-Suk Go and three prospects: outfielders Dillon Head and Jakob Marsee and first baseman/outfielder Nathan Martorella.

    Yeah he is one of the better hitters in baseball with a couple of batting titles I believe. You don't see many early trades like this ever in baseball but the Marlins have no use for him right now and they are probably worried if they wait till the trading deadline he could get hurt and they'd get back nothing in return for him.
