Met him at an Allman Brothers show in NYC sometime between 04 and..maybe '08? Just went up to him, told him I had to introduce myself, shook his hand, and chatted for about two seconds. The nicest guy. Very tall :)

I don't have much of his stuff anymore - sold off so much of my collection the last few years, but held onto the one auto of his I pack-pulled myself, and a beat up RC I got in a trade but still love.
