@ethunder thanks I got it completed just in time for my birthday next week & before I leave on my vacation to visit my friend in Maryland. To be honest I have a total of 7 Herb Washington cards in my collection the breakdown is as follows.
2 Mini 1975 Topps: 1 in the Screwdown 1 in my 1975 Topps Mini set
2 regular size 1975 Topps: 1 in the Screwdown 1 in my 1975 Topps Regular set
2 O PEE CHEE 1975: 1 in the Screwdown 1 in my 1975 O PEE CHEE set

I have a few WVU players with their entire run (football, though. i dont think i've done it for baseball)I collect all WVU Alumni: NFL - Amos Zereoue, Steve Slaton, Pat White, Rasul Douglas, Avon Cobourne, Garrett Greene, Owen Schmitt, Will Grier, Gary Jennings, David Sills, Pat McAfee, Tavon Austin, Geno Smith, Charles Sims, Wendell Smallwood, Sam Huff, Chuck Howley, etc. NBA - Jerry West, Jevon Carter, Miles McBride, Javon Small, etc. MLB - Jedd Gyorko, Victor Scott II, JJ Wetherholt, etc.

Great job at completing it and that buyback is sweet but did Topps really have to put the buyback stamp there? The whole hoopla with the card is the position being pinch runner and they basically just covered it up. Also would have thought Topps would have done a Herb Washington fan favorites or Archives type autograph card of him before but I guess they never did.

@pwaldo yeah I am surprised that topps never did that as well done a Heritage Flashback Insert in last years Heritage set cause 1974 was Herb's Rookie season. He only played in 2 seasons 92 games in 1974 & 13 in 1975. He still got a World Series ring in despite being picked off during the 1974 World Series against the Dodgers that involved 3 Ex-Michigan State University Alumni in a play. Herb was the runner Steve Garvey was the 1st baseman the pitcher was Dr. Mike Marshall in Game 2.
