I actually just had to send back a Bush RC and the Bush/Young/Leinart
8306's that I pulled from retail to Topps. I didn't even send the UPC (because I didn't read all of the "rules") but I had the cards back in less than a week!
If you do send them in I'd be interested to hear how they send them back. Mine came in a small cardboard container and the cards were covered with cardboard dust, but otherwise they were in pristine condition.

Mine came in the thin priority mail cardboard mailer, in the same toploader I mailed my card to them in. The sticker on the sticker graph has some dust around the edges or maybe under it but it still is much nicer than the one I sent them!!!

I've never had a problem getting cards replaced, it's just getting ridiculous with the amount of damaged cards I receive. You pay $10 or $20 for the box and then have to turn around and spend more money to get cards replaced. It gets old after awhile.

Damaged Cards
Yes,
Nearly all retail boxes, especially blasters, have some damaged cards. I think Hobby is better because they are aware that they are easily damaged and they usually go from the case to the customer.
Topps is really good and fast replacing cards the first two times. After that they get really picky and insist on UPC's from boxes as proof of purchase.
Upper Deck is incredibly slow. It has taken them several months and multiple phone calls to get shipments returned. Many of the replacement cards may be just as bad as the ones you shipped.
Always ship with at least receipt confirmation.
