Tiger Woods Collection
So I was at the local SAAN store (kinda like a lower-end WallMart) and I saw these tins for 2001 Upper Deck Tiger Woods Collection cards for 1.50$ each, so I figured what the heck, I've only been collecting hockey and wanted to expand into other sports so what better way than a complete set for 2 bucks. I just wanna know if anyone can help me with some info on these sets (like BV and if there's any demand). The tins have a 25-card set divided into three subsets- Making of a Champion, Tiger's Best and The Majors it's a pretty nice looking set and has a 3.5" x 5" jumbo card commemprating Tiger's career Grand Slam. I just wanna know if the store was stupid in selling thesse tins for so cheap or if it's just a dog product that Upper Deck is trying to get rid of.
Thanx guys,
Al

A - Tiger woods is golf...not baseball
B - Are there Grand Slams in golf?
Either way....I'm not sure of the Bv's, but I don't tyhink it would be a mistake. Probably just a low end card set.

it is very low end. they put redemptions in 02 ud golf. nice cards, and $1.50 is a very good price, but they don't go for much at all on ebay.

B - A grand slam in golf means winning the Masters, US Open, British Open, and PGA championship in the same year. Just like there is a grand slam in tennis :)
3 - The cards are probly worth very little.
