I think what he meant was that, since he asked about some of them first, he should have gotten first crack at them, before the rest of us came in and took them

You can do whatever you want with your cards, but when you are involved in speaking about a potential deal with someone, it is totally rude and not called for to just up and sell them to someone else (without letting the others involved know). According to you, you have much online trading/buying/selling experience, but just with this recent deal, it doesn't seem that way.

I inquired about these cards first, you replied, then I replied, I was waiting for your next reply and then we probably would have set up a deal or not.

As for letting them all go to another trader, without finding out what cards could be spoken for, just isn't right.

Just like thekingpin said, 'you just sold all the autos to hunter, take my offer off the table', because he asked first about them and you let them go. Then he asked for whatevers left, that was your opportunity to let him know, that possibly these certain cards won't be available. That's why thekingpin replied the way he did, as well.

It's just not right or fair the way you (Kutzy) conducted this thread with other buyers (selling to others, while others replied first). This is one of the reasons so many traders are scared to join an online trading community, because it gets to be too confusing.

Funniest thing is, you erased the thread and it contained, take the lot for so many $'s or make an offer on the lot or individual cards, that's why so many traders asked for individual cards.

All was shown for everyone to see on your thread, you should have conducted this thread and the sale of your cards alot better.
Maybe even offered apologies to those affected by your wrongdoings and split second decisions on not to deal with them and totally bypass their replies to YOUR replies.

Like I said before, for a person with SO much online experience, you sure failed on this one.

would you like him to name his first born after you as well?

with someone with a reputation such as yours, you should just say ok and let it go. there was no confirmation of anything that you were getting said cards here, so why go so crazy on the guy?

NEVER in the original thread did I say make an offer for additional cards. NEVER! I did however say I would like to move this because of purchases I made recently. Im sorry but YOU NEVER MADE AN OFFER. So therefore there was no deal pending with you what so ever. If I make an offer for $2 on a card your offering for $50 does this mean I have the only rights to make further offers on that card? If I tell you hey I want 2 of those cards does that mean you cant sell them unless I decide whenever I make a response that I dont want them? Yea I dont think it works that way.

I told you to make me an offer and I didnt hear back from you for an hour! YOu say you were waiting for my response yet I responded to you within 5 minutes.

I did not drop the ball on anything here. Im sorry I dont feel like waiting all day for your response or weither or not you decide you want to make a response. Sorry you cant try to work a deal out within a timely manner. Maybe if these things had happened we wouldnt have this situation. So take your pity party elsewhere. Like you said people dont deal online because it can get confusing. I made the deal that was the least confusing. Something you said should always be done.

If I may interject my opinion..

Kutzy - While you are correct in that he never confirmed a deal, you probably should have waited a wee bit more than an hour for him to reply. While you may have wanted a reply in a "timely manner", not everyone can be online 24/7. A timely manner in my opinion would be a day or two.

bbcards - I agree with Greenbeans....while it may be frustrating to have things like this happen, you did not lose any cards, or money, so there is no point in making it an issue.
