Just make sure - MAKE ABSOLUTELY SURE - you check feedback before buying, and pay close attention to how recent the latest feedbacks were posted!

I understand why the packs on ebay would throw up a red flag for you. The business ethics of some people today are just sub-par. It's easy now to easily search packs. If you're looking for a nice game used, I wouldn't recommend buying off Ebay because obviously, packs are searched by touch, weighing, etc. I, much like the other guys, would recommend buying from a legit site such as:
Dave and Adams Card World (links above)
    Beckett Shop
    Cheap Seats
    DCS Sports cards.

I have purchased stuff from all of these, who are loosely based around wholesale/factory purchases. They are ethical traders who won't rip you off, like some of the people on ebay are attempting to do. Good luck!

    Try http://www.dcssportscards.com/index.html.

Always better to buy from a fresh box.
