I'd say..
Morrison, Bargnani, Roy, Redick, Foye
and then a bunch of players that are kinda mixed together
Kind of weird that Redick cards have sold for so much considering he hasn't done anything this year
It's a pretty weak rookie class though..

The long version, lol:
Morrison and Roy have been the best throughout, but both have been pretty inconsistent on the shooting end (especially Morrison - 1/15 against the Lakers in their last game - ewwww)
Jorge Garbajosa is underrated - he is shooting much better than Morrison and Roy and getting almost 10 ppg
Bargnani and Foye weren't getting a lot of minutes for some reason earlier in the year, but now they are getting PT and doing quite well
Redick still isn't getting hardly any PT, but his fan following is huge
Rudy Gay has had some nice games, but then a lot of others where he utterly disappears and can't buy a bucket
Craig Smith and Paul Millsap have been nice surprises, but I doubt they will ever be star quality - just good role players
Jordan Farmar has been a solid point guard for the Lakers and may become another Derek Fisher type of player
Shelden Williams is another PJ Brown, Dale Davis, Nazr Mohammed type - hard worker, but not particularly talented or amazingly athletic
Tyrus Thomas is very athletic but doesn't know the game very much at all at this juncture, so on the veteran Bulls, he is only getting about 10 minutes per game

No love for Tyrus Thomas? This kid gets points and boards when he gets in the game. He's improving every game. Same thing with Sefolosha.

Right now it's too hard IMO to determine how Redick has been playing, because he has only played in about 5 games. He definiely hasn't been getting enough playing time for us to rate him yet. However, I'm sure in the near future he will start to get more playing time.
