Am I Imagining Things?
I seem to remember there was a way to download our inventory from SCF to an excel file. Did I dream that?

This definitely used to be a thing when you could export it as a .csv file. @doniceage may recall when it was discontinued.

@RGM81 and @subban7677
I believe you are correct and I would suggest this anytime you can't find anything on SCF. Usually anything has been discussed if you can remember the particulars of a conversation of something you can use the Advanced Feature. I just typed this in and this is what came bac

I believe the member shared this:
EDIT - Actually I just put it into anexcel file and it was very easy... When you put them in click on "my inventory" > Back Up Your Inventory > Download File

Supposedly, Excel in Office 365 has a new-ish feature that allows you to import a web based table directly into Excel on the DATA tab using the Query option. Here is a link to a page describing how to do it.

I tried it quickly and it seems to work somewhat. Not sure what it will do with a table that covers more than one page like Inventory might have 500 items but only display 200 per page. Will excel import the whole table or just the ones being viewed.Last edited by Drewk86a; 05-21-2025 at 07:23 PM.
