Anyone into Modern?

Hey everyone, I've been thinking about this a lot lately and wanted to get your take.
Are you guys getting hyped on the new sets and those crazy "mega ultra rare" pulls, or are you mostly focused on collecting the vintage and nostalgic stuff?
There's something so exciting about a brand new set drop—the chase for those massive, hyper-rare cards and the thrill of a fresh booster box. It’s a rush you just can’t beat.


But then, I look at my old binder of cards from when I was a kid and a different kind of feeling hits. The nostalgia is so real. Those cards might not be as valuable as some of the new stuff, but they have a story, a memory attached to every single one.
So, where do you all stand? Is it all about the new-school mega rares and the thrill of the chase, or are you a vintage collector at heart, chasing that feeling of nostalgia? Let me know what you're currently collecting!

I don’t have any of the vintage stuff it was all lost in moves. I’m really into the new sets especially prismatic evolution the nice eevees there I want to try to get all the eeveelotions from scarlet and violet sets plus some other big ones

Never had a chance to open a box yet to expensive for me I normally just buy singles or a pack here or there
