How best to display your cards...
Hi folks,
I'm thinking about getting back into trading and wanted opinions on how to best get images my cards. I used to use a scanner but it was a really time consuming process. Do you people just try to get good light and use their phone cameras?
Also, I used to use photobucket but it seems they are now a paid service. Where do you all upload your collections for linking in your posts?
Thank you

For hosting people seem to either use flickr.com or the image hosting on here. This should be the link to your account on here:

If u have a phone less than around 5 years old you should be able to get good photos. You're thinking right, though... its all about lighting. I have a small LED strip light fastened to the underside of a shelf about 2 feet above my desk where I have a homemade easel i put the card on. As long as you get the angle right you can get great photos...
