92-93 Fleer John Stockton, No number!!

Came across this card today. The number of the card is suppose to be #51, but the card is un-numbered. Is this a listed error card?

I couldn't find it on Beckett's MyCollections, so it could just be a misprint.

Actually, this is a promo card. I had some myself that I got from a relative. They were unnumbered Fleer cards that looked the same as the regular set. They were inserted into cereal or something like that.
