Preferred Methods!
Well im kind bored so I thought Id make this what are your favorite or preferred method?
Here are mine
1. Single Cards- You allways know what your going to get I love going to Card shows and on ebay and picking the exact cards you want usually comes out cheaper in the long run.
2 Retail Blaster Boxes Ive had some luck with these they are not searched through and you get a decent amount of cards for the price. Much Cheaper then buying sealed wax hobby and enough to satisfy my wax busting needs
3 Hobby Packs I like to buy single packs at the 2 nearest hobby stores the closest one is very overpriced and the other one is a good bit further and not a whole lot cheaper. Ive been bit too many times on single hobby packs thats why its this low
4. Hobby Boxes Man I love busting these but with my small income as a college student I cant afford a lot of this usually only get these at Christmas and or Birthday. If your a fan of a certain series(ex.me with Turkey Red) you can get a large ammount of your favorite cards.
5. Retail Packs Okay I love buying retail packs but with pack searching going on by the time i hit Target most of it has been packsearched if I see a fresh box I usally buy a few packs. I got bit too many times buying this thats why I Tend to stay away from these.

My preferred methods,
1. Single Cards- ebay and trading are the way to go for a particular player.
2 Hobby Boxes, I do love busting myself but can't always afford it, still I like doing this stuff.
3 Hobby Packs, no shops near my house, usually buy mine online (No, not from ebay). 118 miles to nearest hobby shop.
4. Retail Blaster Boxes, a fix to my addiction, that's all.
5. Retail Packs, I have to be desperate to bust these things.

My preferred methods,
1. Single Cards- ebay is great for my collection, but local Card shows/shops are even better.
2 Retail Blaster Boxes, The only type of box I can afford. They do hold me over for a while.
3 Retail Packs, about all I can afford when not buying singles. While packsearching may be a problem, I have never had too bad a luck with these.
4. Hobby Packs, Can't remember when I ever got a hobby pack, but I'm sure I have in the past.
5. .Hobby Boxes, Never busted one of these, but I'm sure it would be fun

I would put mine in this order:
1. Singls
2. Hobby Boxes
3. Hobby Packs
4. Retail Blasters
5. Retail Packs
Basically, for me, I have a box busting, pack ripping fix that I like to get off once in a while. I would buy hobby all the time if I had everlasting amount of money.

Single cards is obviously the most cost affetive route, plus you get what you want/need 100% of the time. I still have to bust boxes here and there though, just for fun. I can't help it, I just have to bust every once in awhile!!
I don't really do blasters or retail anymore, just never hit anything at all.
