Still a lot of time to get ready to hand out cards for Halloween this year
Don't forget you can hand out cards for Halloween. Anybody doing it this year? It is usually a great way to get rid of base cards but with boxes having less cards and costing more this isn't as economical as it used to be. Anybody have success or horror stories doing this in the past?

I do it every year. Combination of Series 1, Tim Hortons etc for the kids. We usually only get 8-12 trick or treaters so I load up the team bags as thick as I can to make em disappear. LOL
Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...

I do it too...a good way to get rid of base cards. And the kids love it! Well, most kids. You always get the ones who only want candy. So, I do both.

Yeah outside of Canada and some hockey hotspots this isn't going to work with hockey cards. But NFL, baseball, and basketball cards are great too if you have them. Just a much better option than people who stupidly throw them out in the trash.
