Uh Oh, This Isn't A Good Sign......

I've always said that the moment we start seeing cards at costco, the hobby will start becoming oversaturated and worthless.

    so it's begun

There have been cards at Walmart for years, selling cards at Costco is not so bad.

It’s MVP retail, it gives exposure to cards for new collectors.

For the over saturation, it has two edges. I feel that there is less and less value in wax, I break very little now. But on the other side, you can get some cool singles dirt cheap.

Walmart has always carried cards. Last time Costco had cards was during the junk wax era

75 bucks for 3 blasters isn't even a good deal. My LHS was selling them for $20 each

Costco had NFL cards (an exclusive box thing) maybe 2 or 3 years ago starting in the US so it has been an area Costco has been trying to get in and snag exclusives

They also had Topps flagship baseball card boxes this year. Did a few of these, for $40 these were pretty good value.
