Trade - Goals

Maybe this isn't the place for for this post. However, I think it would be helpful to know where the most active forum members stand on their trade strategies...

For me, I have this crazy idea of collecting as many all time Pirates players cards as possible. Preferably in trades. My assets are mostly in base cards from 1986-1995. Yes, that has limitations. But in my short time on SCF, I have made good progress.

We have the opportunity to help each other...I believe. We just need to know what we are trying to accomplish. What do you all think?

I'm mainly trying to now sell more than trade. At my age its time to do that. Almost all of what I have is baseball. Just looking for reasonable offers (don't forget shipping costs in deals). Also, my daughter (now in her late 40's) want to sell her cards too. Her cards are from mainly the early 1990's. and are baseball (mostly) and basketball. So, if possible, let's work out some deals.

If ever trading, I'm mainly interested in vintage, gu, and/or auto's of ORIOLES I don't have (even now trying to sell them also), MLB HOFer's, stars, and semi-stars that make good trade bait. Let's work out some DEALS and/or trades.

NOTE: I have a lot of ACTIVE threads. CHECK all of them that interest you. Afterwards, let's get a DEAL and/or maybe a trade worked out.
