Question Anybody ever seen a PSA 0 before?

Well I know they don't make PSA zeroes but I have two PSA 0 sample cards. The cards say Sample 0. I'll get a couple scans up when I get the chance. One is of Bert Blyleven and the other is of Roberto Alomar. The guy I acquired them from told me they were given out during the Hall of Fame ceremony in Cooperstown. And that makes sense since both guys were inducted together in 2011. But checking on eBay I only see a couple for Bert and none for nobody else. Is this the only year they did it? Or just a weird coincidence that nobody else is on eBay right now? Or maybe there are others but I can't find them since eBay has had a screwed up search feature for the past 5 years.

Also anybody have a clue how many were made of each? They have legit PSA numbers to look up in the database if that somehow helps since I've never graded a card before I don't really know how to do all that though.

Evidently, instead of doing the grading, the "SAMPLE" is just how the info. and card container will be for cards that they will grade (and how the owner will get it back). Those cards, that are pictured, were not "graded" just used for their example. Just my thought. Have a good night.
