Costco Retail O-Pee-Chee

I put up a blog post about this, but thought I would share here as well. I bought a booster pack at Costco, their Exclusive O-Pee-Chee,P that includes 18 packs and one Jumbo, on sale from #50 to $40 I bought it primarily for cards I can use for TTM.

Not a bad break - I haven't been in to Costco for a while but if these are on sale it's a great pickup for a fun rip at a cheap price.

I bought 2 of these at my local Costco. I already have the regular set done and need 7 more retros to finish that set. I opened it to see if I could get traders. I did get red and blue variations. I also got 8 premier cards. Plus the oversized premier card. I got the Demidov regular rookie and Schafer regular rookie.

I feel I did very well.

If this would have been available sooner I would have bought these instead of hobby boxes.

As a set collector these are perfect. I got 216 regular version cards. With perfect correlation I would have opened 6 of these as compared to the 4-5 hobby boxes.

Plus they are fun to rip. Also, this is now a price point for younger collectors to get them into the hobby as it works out around $2.50 a pack.

I hope I get some of these for Father’s Day!!!
