I received the package today and you forgot to place the Topps Reserve Pujols gued card in the package, the deal was set up for 2 Pujols gued cards and you were paid for 2 Pujols gued cards. I received the Pristine one.

Please clarify this with me, ASAP.

My packaging help told me BOTH were in the package but I have no reason to not take your word for it so I will refund the cost of the Topps reserve back to you. In the future it is common courteousy to try to work things out before filing a claim and a dispute .

Believe me, I wish they were both in there, as I really wanted the Reserve more than the Pristine.
I placed the deal in dispute, because I wasn't sure what I should do, since it was only 2 cards (not much room for error).
Also, it took you to reply back to me on this thread, by me reminding you 2 times.
So do you still have this card? If so, you can just send it to me.

As for the card my shipping help told me they put the card IN the envelope so no I do not have it and will just reimburse the $5.25. As for the disputed trade the reason I am upset about it is once a trade is in dispute they do NOT ever remove it and I feel you jumped the gun putting it in dispute.

If you reread through this post, you will see, I replied with, did you skip my reply, because other traders were getting replied to and the one reasking about the BV's, which you mentioned you would get to me the next morning.

A jumping of the gun, maybe, but I just felt that I had to protect myself, since the delayed responses happened and I've never seen a deal for 2 cards and only one being enclosed.
You being upset, I can understand and I'm sorry about that. But look at how I feel also, open a package to only see one card, instead of 2, as I'm sure you're sorry about, as well, which you've mentioned, due to your help, helping you.

I will have the mods reset the deal or I will reset it up and then we can follow up with it and the trade dispute will be deleted.

If you want to continue this, let's do so through PM, as that's the proper way to deal with this, as I mentioned above.
