He seems to do it alot. I had been watching Sean Taylor cards off and on and I kept noticing the same cards (from the same seller) being listed every 10 days or so. They would end with a winner each time, but they were magically relisted. I would send an email to ebay about it.

Meet the seller
Seller: biggtimesports( 24214)
Feedback: 97.0% Positive
Member: since Aug-06-03 in United States
they won`t do a damn thing to this seller. He`s a powerseller. Makes eBay money so they won`t do anything to stop him. Terrible, terrible feedback score too. I wouldn`t bother with this seller at all. But please complain as much as you can. Maybe if enough people complain and eBay is serious about their policies towards "everyone", then maybe this seller will be banned.

I personally can't believe anyone would even bother bidding on this jerks auctions...the feedback speaks for itself. It is too bad ebay won't put this jerk OOB but he would just make another name I am sure...honestly, at least this way he won't be at 100% again, thus not able to "fool" anyone.
97% may be considered good in some aspects, heck most aspects of life...but it sucks on ebay.
I'm sorry you had to deal with this...the cards you want will come along again, just wait until a good seller is selling them :)
Peace~

Wow... I can see eBay playing stupid if he listed the card "/100" or whatever it is, but he's actually putting the full serial number on his description!
That should be enough right there to get the guy booted. I didn't check the auction specifics, but have you paid with Paypal? If he hasn't refunded your money then there's a LOT of evidence against him.

hey man what state do you live in? The reason i am asking because here is what you should do.
report it to ebay citing the listing numbers. The fact that you won the item and the fact that it was relisted. The fact that it is obviously the same exact card since he has listed the serial number as well. if they do nothing then if you live in California you can file a lawsuit against ebay.
I've been following a lot of lawsuits here in cali against ebay. I dont want to start rambling but this isnt uncommon and you can take the guy who sold the card to you to court as well as ebay. I know it might not seem worth it for a couple bucks but then again its the principle
