Another Horrible Break/Decision.....
well, i was looking around ebay one night and spotted an auction for 5 retail boxes of prestige. didnt have much time to think about it (1 min. left) so i bid and won it for 50 bucks. seemed like a nice deal because that would cost 100 dollars at target, plus ripping 40 packs would be fun. well i just opened it today and it sucked. lets just put it this way, i pulled 44 rookies and i only pulled ONE big name, vince young. no bush, no cutler, no leinart, no maroney, no addai, no drew, nobody good. only other notables were chad jackson and santonio holmes. thats it. i also pulled a bunch of unumbered inserts including 3 of the same michael vick inserts. lastly i pulled two 8 dollar gu, crumpler and suggs. just a horrible break, as always. but more importantly a BAD decision on my part. if anyone wants any of the smaller rookies (have all the ones everyone wants, nance, vickers, undrafted FAs, etc, etc.) lmk. and please dont post: yeah, that was stupid of you to spend that on retail; yeah, you definitely made a big mistake, etc. because i know and i dont want to hear it even more. thanks.

I saw that auction and was tempted to do the same thing you did. Sorry for the crappy rip. Still like the look of that set. What were the inserts? Steelers

That sucks. I 've never done well with prestige but I like the look of this years set. Can use S moss, S holmes and the 49ers and drew olson.

11chaos-haha, way to stay away from that garbage! i think he somehow took all the good boxes and these were the crap ones. i mean, NO good rookies at all!!! (except for VY) and no SPs or #ed cards!!
inserts included: gridiron heritage, stars of the nfl, xtra points (reg and gold), and prestigious pros
511francis- didnt really need anything on your site and i put all the rcs except for the VY and the holmes away and ill look through them in a year or two and see if any of the no-namers become stars. thanks though.
