    Didn't see it posted anywhere else. People keep posting random links to coupon sites etc...

    just go to www.paypal.com and there is a HUGE link on the right side that says "free $15.00 rebate"

    all you have to do is spend $30.00 in the next 6 weeks and you get $15.00. It's not exactly hard to do.

    There are rules in the terms and conditions. You can buy anything on eBay you want if it is from a Premier Member. "Sending Money" doesn't qualify...eBay does.

    I bought a 06-07 Upper Deck Basketball hobby box on ebay for $35 and sent the money to the seller via paypal. I signed up for the free $15 rebate before I did this......will I get that $15???
