there will be a pm sayng new help desk created click on it then type in the conf. # u will see at the top then click upload # then go to the top right and click trade actions click confirm

oh well i put a del conf on the bubble mailer. unknown if they will honor it cuz its not 3/4" thick. but i just mailed out.
