    Ebay Card Condition?

Nearly every card I get from Ebay has flaws. It seems that people are keeping the best and selling the rest. I hesitate to purchase anything that is outside of the manufacturer replacement period.

    For example I purchased:
You are bidding on a Nr-Mt - Mt Shaquille O'Neal 1992-93 Stadium Club Beam Team.

The card was weak overall with one corner clearly showing wear. See scan.

This certainly does not look Nr-Mt -Mt to me.
    The seller refused to refund.
Ebay refused to do anything. (PowerSeller)
    Paypal refused to do anything.

    Trading negative feedbacks accomplishes nothing.

    Be careful.
