No, it looks that way because of the scan. The centering is almost equal side to side and I'd say 70-30% top to bottom. The corners are slightly rounded and soft, no creases or marks on the card front or back.
It is too much trouble trying to deal with vintage cards this way because of the scans. Everyone has their own idea as to condition so I'd perfer to deal hands on where you can have the card in hand in front of you and if so wish even put it under a microscope.
Here are 3 scans of the card that will show you the left & right side & back side of the card. Take notice of the backside scan, it will give you a indication of the top to bottom centering.
