    toughest 06 RC's to pull?

Which brand has the toughest odds of pulling a regular '06 rookie card? I'm talking the base RC, not a parallel, jersey, auto etc.. Looking at the value of cards I'm guessing the Ultra Lucky 13's are pretty tough to pull, are there any that are tougher than Ultra?

    Thanks for any info.

I've had horrible luck all season pulling any sort of rookie. I've gone box after box without pulling base rookies.

Upper Deck Hobby was one rookie per pack with the Limited Rookies (25 total) (Bush, Leinart, Young, etc) three per 24 pack box.

I believe that Topps and Bowman Chrome were one per pack.
