It should be the BLUE (which has a $30 BV) as the Purple should be a PATCH card.

I'm back!!!

Therefore, the list is back open for trades... less a few cards I need to remove from it that found new homes in Tucson, AZ...

What a GREAT Spring Training trip!!! Here's the highlights:

Land in Phoenix - go see Rangers/Mariners @ Surprise - get picked to do the flyball catch and win free concessions and team store items!!! get Mike Hargrove Auto - shut out by Ichiro and no Johjima there. Drive to Tucson.

Get up and go to friend's card shop and trade cards for a GAME USED Todd Helton bat from his early years (Rawlings bat from before he signed with Mizzuno). Go to Royals/White Sox @ TEP (Tucson Electric Park) and get Buerhle on a GU card as well as Lance Broadway, Toby Hall and a few others.

Next Day, go to Hi Corbett (Rox are in Peoria playing) and catch Helton (he didn't make trip due to his knee) and get the Game Used Bat I just picked up Auto'd!!! I also get Baker (and a photo) as well as a few other players that didn't go north.

Friday - back to Hi Corbett. Watch the 'B' Game and get Ian Stewart, Brian Fuentes, Javy Lopez and a few other Rox as they leave th B Game for the practice fields.

Saturday - go N and see the Cubbies and the Royals @ Surprise - my brother and his GF grill us steaks after the game!

Sunday - Rox vs KC @ Hi Corbett. Finished my Rox Allen & Ginter Team Set (all auto'd in blue) and then came the BONUS!!! After the game, we were waiting for Rockies and who walked out carrying a Rockies Team Bag??? GEORGE Freakin BRETT!!! He's still good friends with Jamie Quirk who is the Rockies Bench coach... he signed, but he was a JERK!!! For the full story on him go here:

I also got my picture with Tracy Ringolsby (HOF '06) - writer for the Rockies in the Rocky Mountain News...

Monday Rox vs AZ @ Hi Corbett - two more BONUSES!!! Auto from Vinny Castilla (he is a special services coach during spring) and then the REAL surprise - Dante Bichette shows up with about 30 underprivileged kids. He signed and took photos with EVERYONE!!!

Tuesday was Cubs @ D'Backs at TEP. Got SWEET LOU Pinella!!! On the sweet spot!!!!

And finally, the coup de gras for most of you... Wednesday on my way back to Phoenix - Rockies @ Royals in Surprise... on a GAME USED Ball I had caught at an earlier game, I got Gordo - Alex Gordon on the sweet spot...

Not a bad baseball trip at all...
