That's just awful. I heard he was out for the season but I had no idea what exactly happened to him. I'm no doctor but he will be out much longer than the projected 8-12 months. I hope he will return to the NBA but most likely not until the 08-09 season.
Livingston had an MRI exam Tuesday which revealed tears in the anterior cruciate ligament, posterior cruciate ligament, medial collateral ligament and lateral meniscus.

yeah, it may even be mid 08-09 season if he returns...just hope he does.

my dad (who is a doctor) said (just from my description, he hadn't seen the video) that it's likely a career ending injury, since while it's not crippling it's unlikely he'll have nba level explosiveness after that
he's no expert on that field in particular but just sying the possible ramifications..

dang man...that totally sucks to be him...luckally he went to college....
i saw the video on youtube....CRAZY fall...looks like it really hurt.....hope he can get better and come back....

He did skip college, was committed to Duke, and passed it up. Hopefully all will turn out well for him, not that I am a doctor or anything, but I would think 08-09 would be a good time to return if he can.

Ouch. That is just a rough fall. This sucks for someone like him. Hopefully he can return, that's all we can hope. If he can't return to the NBA as a player, maybe as a coach of some sort...

The first time i saw it, it literally made me sick. I tour 1 ligement in my knee can only imagine the pain of tearing 3....
