Thanks Rob... I believe myself to be a pretty fair straight shootin' dude. Like I said, on occasion i will trade/buy for higher or lower of book depending on what is going on. Most guys know that it looks like this card will book for 100-120 on opening day. No more bumps for me. Thanks again Rob. Hang in there on the 12 hour day... I've got 3 more to go for my 12...

LOL - ok , I can't help myself

Im working a 12 hour day here at the Blood Center so just bare with me.

1)Its Bill's card, he can do whatever he wants with it, charge whatever he wants for it, etc etc

2) I hate when people play "dumb" and NO I wont name names, we all know who u r. the same people that are giving Bill crap would trade for the Brandon Jacobs Contenders Auto, and turn right back around and trade for a premium and put a high BV on it because YES< Jacobs is selling high right now. Dont play stupid and pretend you dont know that.

Everyone and their mother wants Brandon Jacobs stuff right now. Why?? People believe that because Barber "called it quits" & the Giants have showed no indication or drafting a RB 1st or 2nd round and/or haven't picked up a FA running back, that BRANDON JACOBS is gonna be the guy~.

3) Finally, if Bill puts the TRUE "beckett" value on the card ($60), UNLESS u r a Giants fan, why would u even look at the post? because u want it for yourself to sell/trade for a premium and/or put a higher than BV value on it

I hope this wasn't a shot at me, because I looked at the thread with a possible interest. Someone asked a BV question so I answered. I understand Jacobs is selling with a premium right now and have no doubt's in my mind that like azlatin said it could very well jump to $100 in no time. I don't have any cards that book near that so I didn't respond with a "I'm interested" to waste azlatin's time, but instead responded with an answer to the question that was asked.

I'm sure someone will want this card for sure! actually no doubt in my mind.

I would have looked at the post had it said any Giant because I have many customers that are Giants fan. I didn't want it just because it is Jacobs and selling well on ebay.

I do want the card lol. I have a fitzgerald / roy williams dual gu prime from 04 leaf r& S I am looking for 125 BV on but would trade for the Jacobs. It is numbered 1/10

staying away from game used unless it has an auto
