well i am glad someone is having success with upper deck. I was suppose to have gotten a ronnie brown auto from upperdeck product last year it was one he didn't sign and they sent me three cards in place of that. the best being a sp authentic jeromy shockly rookie card the one with the jersey in the form of a R. the others were chunkers with one being an exquisite triple jersey auto of maurice clarett. I hear plenty of stories about people who call and get good stuff in place of what they were suppose to get or called and got something good in place of it but i get this crap. i went round and round with them and they kept saying this is the best we can do. I know i am not the only one who got the shaft from upper deck this isn't the first time either. they did send me ten packs of sweet spot also which at roughly $10 a pack is better than nothing but they could have compensated me better for what i was suppose to get. I never get good customer service with them. I am seriously considering boycotting upper deck, it really makes me mad. oh well.
