Unhappy kinda worried with a card lot i just bought off ebay, any thought of what i should do

Maybe im just flipping out, but i bought this lot with a jay cutler bowman chrome auto and other auto cards for 129$. i was talking with this guy through ebay email's feeling him out casue he only had 20 feedbacks and none of them where for anything exspensve. he responded to everything awnsered questions of mine, and everything, told me he would send me the tracking number and everything. i was talking to him up to right before the auction ended. right after it ended i sent the money, ask him to send it safley in case he wasnt farmiliar with sending cards though the mail, then i also did another email asking him to conferm he got the money. this morning i sent him another email asking the same thing.. point is i havent heard from him since right before the auction ended.
Should i be worried and if i never get my auction lot will i have problems getting my money back from paypal. anyone have any thoughts on this?

I would say to try not to worry too much. After the auction, the guy probably had to create the eBay invoice and prepare the cards for shipping. He may have then had to go to bed, and then to work in the morning. My point being that unless he's next to the computer constantly he probably can't offer immediate answers all the time. If he has good feedback from previous sales, I'd bet you don't have a whole lot to be worried about.

I can say, as an ebay seller myself, that sometimes I forget about my auctions. Not to the point that I forget to ship or anything like that. but I sometimes dont check my messages in the rush of everyday life. Hopefully you paid through paypal so you are protected if you DONT receive the item. I know some people dont like paypal for selling due to the fees, but I ALWAYS recommend it for buying, especially with high dollar amounts, they really do protect you from losing $$

yeah ive just heard of paypal not refunding people's money cause its the sellers word against your. yes they sent "something" with a tracking number. yes it got to your house. but no it was in terrible condition, or there might of been nothing in the package. anyways.....the guy emailed me, he sent the package out and said im going to needtwo pairs of scissors to open up this one. gave me a tracking number though its not in the system yet. lost and surely, i hope this jay cutler is in premo condition, well se when it gets here. i almost as excited about getting this card as getting my zimmerman blue auto.
