I think Beckett has confused the pricing for UD Rookie Exclusives. They now list 2006 Target Exclusives, two per special Target pack with different photos. Pricing is 60% of book.

1. The Rookie Exclusives are not exclusive to Target and have the same photo as Hobby. The Limited Rookies were two per fat pack which were available at Target, Walmart, Sports Authority etc. 60% of book seems reasonable.

2. Hobby Rookies were one per pack in Hobby boxes with Limited Rookies falling three per box. Retail other than Target were the same cards, one per pack with Limited Rookies falling two per box.

3. Retail Target boxes contained two Limited Rookies and a few regular rookies. All Target rookies including Limited have different photos.
