How hard are you willing to go? I have a standing offer of $130 cash for it from a guy on eBay.
BTW, kind of funny, I have that same Steelers Country Stop sign hanging on my wall right now. I also got the Steelers Drive one and the Steelers Fan Parking Only one. My wife says ours bedroom looks like a parking lot LOL
