    Hello

Hello Everyone, Today I decided to get back into collecting football cards. To get started I bought 2 boxes of Topps Dpp,Topps Chrome, Donruss Elite, and Bowman Chrome. Hopefully that will give me a decent starting place. But I was wanting a few high end cards in my collection and since the 06 Rookie class looked awesome I was going to buy a semi nice box, im just not sure which box? I was leaning toward Bowman Sterling any suggestions?

bowman sterling is for quanity some quality in there. If price isnt a Factor Triple threads has lots of highend stuff in there or you can go for something like Ultimate collection usually has some nice stuff. or if price definitley doesnt matter exquisite or national treasures should give you some highend stuff. I personally like topps chrome though cuz you get 1 rookie auto and lots of rookies and refractors.

Thanks for your help guys. I could get two boxes of contenders for the price of one Bowman Sterling. NT and Equiste look nice but too much money. Has anyone had any bad experiences with Contenders?

It is hit or miss. You get 4 autos which is great. And with the rookie class you have a decent shot at at least a good rookie. I pulled a vince young in my one box. The thing about contenders is even the not so great rookies end up being a good card down the road because it is one of the higher quality card for rookie autos. The cards are nice and so are inserts. 4 autos is good because you feel like you are getting something back. I like those and the turkey red.
