    Topps new Damagd Card Policy?

    Does anyone have one of their recent denial letters with the new policy?
    I know it is receipts and barcodes but I am not sure if they say copies.

    I got a denial letter a few days ago, but it didnt state the new policy. All I know is I am calling head management there tomorow and pleading my case! Topps stinks!
