Unless it's actually serialed 1/1, it's probably something left over from the Fleer liquidation, in which case there's likely more than one out there for whatever reason. I bought a Luol Deng RC Row 2 parallel from that set, non-serialed, and I've seen several others pop-up on eBay since.

Well, I had a 2004-05 Flair Dwight Howard Row 1 or 2 RC a while ago, and I believe it was numbered out of 100. I'm not sure though if it was row 1 or 2. I think it was row 1, but I'm not positive.

The only I'd consider it a true 1/1 is if it's actually serialed on the back. Otherwise you have something like the Deng I purchased, which if you look on eBay right now, there's two of his Row 2 cards up for auction and three that have recently ended (and that doesn't include mine). So there's six right there. The Row 2 parallels from the liquidation are probably short printed, but there's no exact number of how many there are that I know of.

From what I saw, all the row 2's are not numbered.

Which is making me think these are after market bull crap from the fleer sell out.

All the row 1's are #'d. And all we need to prove my theory is to find a row 2 that is #'d. on the back.
