I think that he wont help the Panthers at all. He is just an ordinary quaterback

Not a bad pickup for the panthers. The key to a winning team is to have a great back up and Carr fills that slot.

Delhomme is clearly on the decline, had possibly the best group of Wide Outs last year and just looked lost.

Had his lowest TD total last year in the past 6 yrs. I have never been sold on him.

Makes too many bone head plays and John Fox isnt gonna stand for that much longer.

All the hype last yr when Chris Wenke came in, the Panthers let Weinke throw the ball about 50 times in 1 game which tells me they wanted him deperately to put up #'s to bench Delhomme

Delhomme is garbage, Im not saying David Carr is the Panthers savior, but he can be no worse then Delhomme

Totally agree, but I think he will be benched sooner.

Decent pickup by Carolina. This definitely will put more pressure on Delhomme to perform. His stats weren't terrible last year. He did miss three games but the previous three years he didn't miss a game.

    5. Lack Of Disipline Or Lazy, Doesn't Spent Enough Time Studying And Preparing For Games

Couch has a bad rap but he is a great athlete Setting national records in high school and avg 30+ Pts in Basketball at Leslie County High School in KY and he broke records at UK as well.

Problem with Couch, like Carr's situation = Expansion Teams and poor drafting... Couch had no O-Line and the running game was horrid... I would bet money Couch would have been a star if he had not been drafted on the browns expansion team!

Couch was also chosen as #6 as ESPN's Top 100 Atheletes of all time..
