My SPx horror story...

So I bought a box of 06-07 SPx on eBay for a decent price. Unfortunately, when it came in today, it turns out that it wasn't 06-07, it was 05-06...PLUS it wasn't a box, it was 18 loose packs (MINUS the LeBron/MJ pack too!)

Needless to say, I was PISSED. I e-mailed the seller, asked for a refund, and they said the best they could do was a partial. I got so frustrated and basically got half my money back...Anyway, they apologized profusely and all that...

Anyway, I had been staring at those packs for about 6 hours today (they got in at 3; I just busted them about 10 minutes ago after making sure I would be getting money).

The craving to start busting begins; I haven't broken a box in about a week and a half so I'm feeling withdrawal symptoms. Plus, I figure that I might be able to finish off my base set so I figure what the hell.

I break all of the packs and I get basically the stated odds (Gilbert/Jamison dual GU, Pau Gasol Winning Materials, Chris Bosh SPxcitement, Ryan Gomes SPx Auto/jsy, Nate Robinson SPxcitement RC) and I'm sitting there REALLY dejected. But I find a pack that's lying around that I'd somehow overlooked. Expecting it to be just another couple of base cards, I open it. It contains:

LeBron base (yay...)
MJ base (yay...)
Luther Head SPx Auto/jsy (yay...)
Pau Gasol base (™™™...)
Kareem Rush base (™™™...)

So I figure that at the very least I beat the odds with 2 rookie auto/jsys, and one's from the hometown Rockets. As I look at the card, admiring Luther's auto, I see this:

Thats really sweet. Glad it all worked out for you. Im still unclear though....... so they sold you something and couldnt give you a full refund even though it was more or less false advertising on thier part?
